Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Pepteeva Health Cincinnati, every appointment is time reserved especially for you, often with a dedicated provider, room, or treatment. When an appointment is missed or cancelled at the last minute, that time cannot be offered to another patient who may be waiting. This policy applies to all appointments, including consultations, aesthetic treatments, IV therapy, functional health visits, and wellness experiences.

2. Cancellation Notice

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other patients and keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone.

3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations. Appointments missed without any notice are considered no-shows.

Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee or, for prepaid services and packages, the session may be counted as used. Any applicable fee will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit to secure future appointments.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be shortened so the next patient is not delayed. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.

5. Rescheduling

Plans change, and we are happy to help you find a new time. Rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice carries no charge. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is treated the same as a late cancellation.

6. Exceptions

We understand that emergencies, illness, and unexpected circumstances happen. If you are feeling unwell, please let us know and stay home — we would rather reschedule than have you come in sick. Exceptions are reviewed case by case at the clinic’s discretion.

7. How to Cancel

To cancel or reschedule, please call us at 513-440-2899 or email info@pepteevahealthcincy.com. If you reach our voicemail, leave your name, phone number, and appointment time — the time of your message counts as your notice.
